Was a top 5 or 6 laps!! Just watched it on film, shows it quite well really..... Shows that I couldnt get by down the straights, even if i was closing in a little and that you have great corner speed in the slower corners where as im understeering everywhere!

Shame I had 2 out braking moments Was pushing the brakes hard to try and keep up I hadnt had any mad moments until the red mist rolled down when you came along I notice neither of you mentioned your off track excursion though

In my defence for not being faster

I bought the car 10 days ago
Its on standard 247?mm brakes, you have 283mm brakes
I was on road tyres, you were on full slicks (slightly knackered now )
I was full interior, you are stripped out (+cage tho),
I have a standard engine + filter & exhaust, you have modded engine, live map, 7600rpm limit etc

I would say that today was the most fun i've had, proper good track action being evenly matched to a very similar car! I spent the day against my brothers 205, and then a good session against yours, and all 3 cars behaved mint for all those laps

Plus it was great to drive with someone who has some skill to (there were a couple clowns there today like there are at most days IMO).... we were quite close at some points, especially one of our 1st dashes down the shorter straight after the main straight.... We're side by side on the video, and it was a late braking bit from us both to say the least into the hairpin

Top day, big thanks to you and Jake for an ace session

(off now to get some big front brakes and slicks ordered )

Cheers Sketch

Like you said mate, when you get 2 people who can drive in a similar fashion with similar cars it is a VERY entertaining few laps

TOTALLY enjoyed myself and BIG respect to you

In my Pug Mi16 today I got 15mpg on track (160 ish miles in total), and driving to the circuit at 80+ for 220 miles it did 33 mpg, driving home faster still it did 31mpg. They are EXCELLENT on fuel. Driven quick but not excessive my brother (Sketch above) gets 37mpg out of his, and he got 17 on track today.

As a rubbish comparison my 371bhp Saph does 22mpg on a run, and 7 mpg on track! Does go a tad quicker tho

Can't speak highly enough of them - I'll be back grippier, faster and more handlier ( ) next time!

Tiff, you (or your car) did overtake round corners though( which I thought was a no no) as you went up the inside of me twice.

The first time ok fair enough you have a quicker car and probably on a different line.

But the second time I was actually turning in and had to take avoiding action so you would n't hit me.
