how do you persuade the boss that his day controller who is doing such a great job of running things is not!!! he is putting so many drivers on{ i work fro a cab company} that all of our wages have halved, its coming to the point that i cant afford to work there doing a job i enjoy working with people i like!!!! the boss doesnt care!!!!!! wot an idiot !!!

 

I doubt you will as it will mean less money in his pocket if he started to cut back staff. Sorry to say.

 

And if he is going to provide a good service to his customers, he needs to have cars waiting around - people don't want a 45 minute wait for a cab...

TRUST ME PEOPLE NEVER HAVE TO WAIT FOR A CAB , ITS GOT SO THAT THE DRIVERS ARE WAITING 30MINS + INBETWEEN JOBS. THING IS IF HE TOOK 4 CARS OFF HIS CARS WOULD BE ON THE MOVE ALL TIME, SURELY IT BETTER TO HAVE 14 CARS COVERING WORK WHICH 18 SIT ABOUT ON . MEANS LESS FUEL AND LESS WEAR AND TEAR !!! NO ITS A MAN RUNNING THE COMPANY ! DOESNT HAVE A CLUE!!!!!

 

Move company! If everyone who's wages were affected done the same, hed be getting his P45 in no time at all .....
