Default lights flashin

alright everyone i've noticed my dash lights and headlights/taillights are flashin very dimly on tickover and when drivin i was wonderin what it is could it be my coil cuz it isn't 100 percent fixed down the alternator looks fairly new and so does the batterry im not sure cuz i aint had the car long its a s2 by the way

do they go bright when you rev it?

if so it could be a a loose fan belt but sounds like your alternator

check the voltage out put of it

Thats what it was on my BM, you could see all the lights flicker on tick over, when the revs were up you did not notice it.

Bollox its doing it on my mondeo, which is a V6 where they put the alternator in the most unreachable position you can think off.

Iam never buying another car with a V6 shoehorned into it, I had a winter hack Vectra V6, biggest pile of wank to work on!!

lol, they are a tight fit! nothing is easy to get into. Not even the spark plugs!
