Good stuff mate. bet she's been sat there thinking "ooh, I can't lose my no claims, even tho I'm totally to blame, I'll keep saying it's not my fault. Yes, yes that will work!"
Solicitor must have told her she didn't have a leg to stand on

Good news
Only go and claim for whiplash if you have it. My missus suffered quite badly from her accident and the number of people that pretty much accused her of trying it on was untrue. It's almost like it's become the norm to pull a fast one on this. She didn't get a very good pay out and more than a year down the line she still suffers with it and it causes problems

Andy, are we supposed to read the topic title in a Scottish-Little Britain style?
Good news
Agree with Oranoco - due to the amount of people who claim when there's naff all wrong, people with genuine injuries get treated like they're trying it on

Sounds familiar mate
Mind you it was my neck injury that found me PassionFord. That was why my first posts may have been really weird as I was on Diazapan to relax the muscles but they also make you high as a kite

Glad it's getting sorted for you mate, I know how it feels to be in the position you are.
A woman pulled out in front of me many years ago and it took 7 months to get the money from her insurance company! She wouldn't admit liability (even though I had a witness) Absolute nightmare, in the end I sent her a court summons.. soon after got a phone call from her ins co.
