Default Rotors and bells - how do you measure.........

When looking at rotrs and bells, and you need replacement rotors, how do you measure the PCD of the rotor?

some are 180mm, then some are 203mm and some are even 220mm

is the PCD the physical size (diameter) of the bell, or the distance between 2 opposing boltholes on the bell where the rotor attatches to?

Cheers

PCD = Pitch Circle Diameter, the diameter of the circle of the studs.

I assume you're talking about where the bell attatches to the rotor, not the PCD of the wheel studs.

you measure between the centre of one hole and the centre of the opposite hole on the actual disc inner bit where they bolt on
there are different discs on the market so you would possibly best off trying to get replacements from one of the big names
as far as i know they are all of a certain standard but you do get these wierd ones from time to time

203.2 is off a 325mm disc.

230.2 is for a 330mm kit.

Don't leave it until the last minute mate if you need it sorting
