Default Will this work ?

90 spec mfi engine with knock sensor........loom without knock sensor plug...........and hearts/triangle/hash ecu

'Should' the car run with that and if so will it be ok ?

Yes it will run, But i will over retard the ignition on boost, as you have no konck sensor, you would be better off with an earlier ecu
Blue/red/white or blue/red/blue from memory.
