Truth be told i think a lot of people in that thread (including me) would say the same about any car restored to that standard, even a Vauxhall.

Shame to see so many people slag off Ians car. 
the time,money and effort thats gone into that car and then you get so called enthusiasts slagging it off.

If you actually go and read that thread rather than look at comments from me people have taken out of context about your car, its very obvious from what ive written that i like your car, its just not my personal idea of what i would want to tie 18 grand up in right now, but then again it would be a boring world if we all wanted the same.
As for my cousins 3 door next time i see him ill try and get some pics off him to scan in, his car genuinely is an ornament though, he's driven it all of about twice in the last 3 years, and that really is pointless IMHO (and his too in fact, last time i spoke to him it was up for sale as he was now bored of having it just parked there without ever really using it and couldnt be bothered anymore with the cleaning involved every time he drove it to keep it like that)

what i actually wrote on that thread, as anyone with a brain can see im NOT slagging the car off:
where is that slagging it off? im talking from the point of view of if i had the car, i wouldnt choose to spend my money on that car as im not into the level of cleaning that you need to maintain a car like that in that condition (just likke 99.99% of ford owners hence cars like Ian's in that condition are so unusual) and it would be a crime for it to be owned by someone who didnt do so, therefore i wouldnt want to own it my self as i couldnt do it justice
I dont think anyone on here (well other than maybe chavtastic, but lets face it he has the right name for the amount of taste he has in cars) would disagree with any of that mate, all valid points

I feel about that car the way that a lot of people on this forum do probably, its a fucking nice car, but if i had it i wouldnt be able to maintain it to that standard if i drove it often as i just dont have the time to dedicate to the cleaning needed.
