200-250BHP in an RST..
What is the easiest way of achieving 200-250BHP from an RST?
Im assuming aftermarket turbo, cossie management, cams, filter, exhaust, convert it to EFi etc etc?
Basically im just after any information on the tuning side of things.
Im not really too knowledgable on turbo cars so any information is appreciated

Trouble is theres a big difference between a 200 bhp RST and a 250 bhp RST. 200bhp is easy now, decent engine thats not yours usual high milage cvh smoker and fit chip, intercooler, exhaust and get the boost + fueling right and you get around 200 bhp.
For 250 bhp IMO you need to be thinking lower compression, steel rods, decent pistons, better fueling or modded fueling, stage 2/3 turbo, modded head.
IMO Without the Steel rods in the 250 bhp engine i would be frightened that everytime you drive it hard your going to bend a rod and destroy your engine but im sure others would disagree.
