best way to reduce understeer is to increase the camber

or fit wider tyres to the front of the car

sometimes softening the rear of the car can help

what diff is in it

Yeah, go rear wheel drive!

But seriously,,,,
- decrease front tyre pressure
- increase rear tyre pressure
- increase front tyre width
- fit some better front tyres
- change front wheel camber
- softer front springs
- stronger rear springs
- change anti-roll bar. (thicker? thinner? dunno).

To reduce FWD understeer, there are various options such as:

Decent diff for a start.
Stiffen up the rear end of the car/soften the front.
Increase the rear track slightly.
Tyre pressures, ARB stiffness etc etc..........

The old 205 rally car we had would outhandle most of the so called good handling cosworths on here..........

I guess i should have told you it's a Nitro powered RC car!

It's 4WD, so I could set it up to put a bigger percentage of power to the rears. I have been messing around with the anti-roll bar's and recently put thicker, stiffer ones on. I was also playing with the idea of hardening the rear suspension.

I'm sorry if this has annoyed anyone, I just forgot to say it was a RC car.

Any of you guy's into them?

i think the seat at combe 2 weeks ago proved that FWD can be just as quick if not quicker than RWD.

its all in the suspension setup and tyres

Annoyed? LOL!

Well, I'd suggest you get some of that double sided selotape and wrap it around the front tyres. Should stop the understeer. for a bit.
