Hi, I'm having a nightmare with my 2017 transit custom 2.0 euro 6. The injector pump failed and 2 of my injectors went aswell so I had a garage replace the pump and injectors and recode the injectors but the van still won't start. I have also changed the pump in the tank just to be on the safe side. On my scanner when cranking my desired presure is 23000kpa but I'm only getting upto 17000kpa, I've pulled the return line off and with the ignition on there is fuel flowing out and it comes out alot faster when cranking, the fuel is coming from the return outlet from the injector pump if I block it with my finger and crank it it builds presure and starts, could the brand new pump be faulty? I've added a screenshot of the fuel coming out of the return from the pump with just the ignition on and not cranking. Any help would be great I need my van back.
