Timing tensioner issue focus 2.0 tdci
I've recently had a timing belt fail on my 2009 focus tdci 2.0 136bhp. I've replaced cylinder head, head gasket, timing belt, water pump etc. Issue I'm having is with the tensioner for the timing belt. Everything installed fine but when I hand crank the engine the tensioner is clicking/jumping. I've attached a video, anyone else had this issue? Any advice appreciated, this is driving me crazy!
