I really like CAT boots as they are light and comfortable but they are so poorly put together i would stay steer clear unless you get a new set every 6 months as i do (work pay for them)

my choice too, i work in a salt factory and mine very often get soaked in brine, soda ash, slaked lime etc, i never clean them, just brush the worst off when they get really bad.
ive had this pair for over 2 years now and they are just starting to open up round the front where the sole comes up to the boot. too comfy to change though,
ive got another pair waiting for when they do fall to bits as they were on offer a while back with a free tote bag so i took advantage.

had scruffs hurricanes for years, take about half a day to break in and pretty cheap,no good to the lad that works for me though as he says they uncomfy so i think its a personal choice tbh
they just redesigned them to be almost completely bonded so less chance to fall apart

Snap on do some manufactured by coast to coast. I wear low rise boots not the high ones. Had them over a year and they get a fair kicking. Leather has gone on the toe and the steel is showing, thats from them been kickied and traped against non forgiving things like ramps and such. And been scraped on the floor when im on my knees. But there holding up well soles are 100% still and there very comfy. Not cheap but if ike me you have delicate feet there worth every penny.
Best boot on the market they are comfy out of the box unlike some boots that you have to break in, they are not big and bulky like most steel toe caps in fact they don't even look like they have a steel toe cap in them.
Dewalt boots are the worsed ones ive ever owned, fall apart in no time I only bought them as the site I was on wouldnt allow riggers they had to be lace ups. Jallatte are by far the best for riggers & safety shoe's / boots IMO.
