to the right of your hook tool .[/QUOTE]
Other than my two Snap On hook tools (neither of which are ball-end) I only have these two other hook tools - again, neither of which are ball-end;

So sorry mate, I don't know which one you mean...

Yeah, my box was a snap on refurb. Part ex with a customer, then usually the snap on man sends it off for a clean up and sometimes a full respray. But sometimes if he has just taken one in, you can sometimes have it for less than it would be if you can take it off him before he sends it in for a refurb...
Here's my old box

De-Stickered

And my current KRL

Both together

(my KRL has got a decal on bottom drawer now, when i bought it, it had a nice dent in the drawer so i got a new one before putting decal on)

I started with a 26" kra 7 draw rollcab and a 26" classic 5 draw topbox
then went onto a 40" KRA Liquid Metal Stack which was stupidly split mint,

Then went upto a 53" KRA stack.
Left spannering, sold the box.
And now am working for snap on as a dealer, in my element!! lol
Will be buying another box over the next 12 months for the garage, think its going to be a 54" KRA classic roll cab

try machine mart! they do a full size 56" longc cab and top chest for around £1100, even cheaper on their vat free days. identical to some of the older snap-on/mac stuff, roller drawers etc. Sealey do same box but a little dearer. having worked in tool sales most of the different named boxes and tools are made in the same factory to the same standards, its just the name badge you pay for. (ok snap on offer lifetime guaruntee, but when your paying 3x the price on most things, they can afford to.)
also with licensing rights etc, snap-on and mac get the pick of the bunch first with products, but after a while, the same identical tools crop up from the likes of laser/draper/kamasa/rolson (same company [tool conection]), britool etc, and usually at a much reduced price. I now buy most of my tools from machine mart for price and through laser etc if machine-mart dont stock them yet. ive lost count how many laser tools ive exchanged for identical snap-on ones though! thats a sneaky way of blinging up your collection though!!!
