2WD/4WD Cosworth turbo specs

Hi, i need to know the following details for Cosworth T3 turbo's to see if they would be a suitable upgrade for my current turbo.

Compressor trim
Compressor A/R 0
Turbine trim
Turbine A/R

.48 turbine A/R
.42 compressor A/R
57 trim compressor
Unsure of turbine...

4x4.....

.48 turbine A/R
.42 compressor A/R
60 trim compressor
Unsure of turbine...

Cheers guys! Just need to find either turbo's on the 2nd hand market now

My current turbo is this =

Compressor trim 45
Compressor A/R 0.42
Turbine trim 68
Turbine A/R 0.48

So i reckon the 4x4 turbo would be a suitable upgrade...
