its playing up and messing the alarm up it locks then unlocks it self straight away, sometimes it locks and unlocks a few times

any1 got any ides??

 

Mine does this as soon as I connect drivers door central locking

I have the exact same problem guys.
Mine would lock and unock non-stop untill I disconnected the Battery.

I finally figured out that if I disconnect the Boot Central locking motor it stops messing up all the other doors.
Obviously the only down side is that now when I unlock the drivers door my boot doesnt unlock as it's disconnected, but the upside is that all 4 doors now lock and unlock on demand and haven't faultered since unplugging the boot motor.

Be good for you guys who have the same problem as me to try unplugging the boot motor(2 bullet terminals which are easily unpluged, just behind the boot popper), and see if that stops it.

Do we have any Auto Electricians that browse these forums.
Ideally I'd love to find a solution so that I can have all 4 doors and my boot working together in harmony :P

 

well its fine now for me, i washd the car the other day and then it sat it sun for a while so i gues water+metal+sunlight/heat = rust/corosion/sticking doh

so i thought il try some basic i got some wd40 stuff and sprayed in all the locks and hinges and its done the trick

try it yourself and let me know
