ECU question

A friend of mine has got a spare ECU, on the cover it says B. Holz Cosworth tuning. Does anybody have any info about this? Compared to a standard ECU it looks very modified...

I havent seen the inside og it. But I've been told that compared to a standard ECU it looks different. The protection covers on the outside are red anodised aluminium with engraved "B. Holz Cosworth Tuning" on them...
