I’m totally new to turbo engines so please excuse me if this (or anything else I say) is really stupid .
Is there such a thing as a multi stage boost controller?

Reason that I’m asking is that I want to be able to turn the boost right down when it’s raining, run it medium for normal road use and turn it up further for the track.

 

you can either run a in-car bleed valve (cheap way)
or buy an apexi or blitz boost controller which cost quite a bit
