Hi All,
I have been dealing with some minor rust inside the wheel arches/ front wings. This was all behind the plastic arch liner. All done BUT I am not really happy about the size of the gaps at the bottom of the wings - see the photos:


It is the same for both sides. Surely road muck will just get up inside the wheel arch cover?
I am thinking of meshing/ fibre filling them?
Opinions please!

hi there suppose to have like a infill with drain holes yours must of rotted away over the years

ill try nd get some photos of what there look like from my cars

i didnt answer until i checked mine and its exactly the same .i think its better like this as it gets no chance to build upmuck and grime and rot out

 

been rain here ill get photos asap but without that part on wings it makes them move at bottom aswell as nothing to support it you no
