Default steering cowling fit

Hi all , the steering column plastic the one the hazard light flasher button goes through does not fit the lower part very well at all! anyone else have problems with this?

I presume you are talking about a Sapphire Cosworth? They are tricky to fit together it must have been a not well designed bit from new. Be patient and the parts will go together.
