Default Sierra springs

Hi, wondering if anyone could help me, I'm currently doing a sierra sapphire which was originally a 1.6 , it needs lowering, I'm on a budget at the moment, I was wondering if cosworth springs will fit into the standard 1.6 shockers?
Thanks
Barry

Not sure for which version the coilovers are, but front shocks for a 4x4, 2wd Cosworth and standard 2wd are all different. Standard 2wd and Cosworth 2wd will fit, but 4x4 will not fit as the shock is a bit thicker.

No point in trying them as they won't fit. 1.6 was never 4x4.

They will fit my steering knuckles though
