Default MT75 gear stick loosening

I have seen a lot of MT75's with some "loosening", but no as much as my recently bought sierra cosworth 4x4. How can I solve it?

It's the cradle and the bushes as well as the nut at the bottom of the stick

Easier to do it with the box out if I'm honest

mm, I checked it and probably bushes are not 100%, but the biggest problem is not here I think

as you can see in this video (with 4th gear engaged), I can move it a lot, and the linkage bar moves also, so probably the biggest problem is inside the gearbox or in the piece that the link bar inserts before enter in the gearbox?

There's a link on the other end of the stick before it goes into the box, there are 2 little spring clips that sometimes wear out and can cause something similar
