Any one replaced the viscous coupling on their cosworth 4x4
How easy is it and where best o get a replacement one?

I have just had mine replaced easy enough to do but takes around 2-3 hrs to remove gearbox.I got mine from Bara motorsports they uprate them from standard 25nm to 50nm
They ain't cheap from memory about £300 +vat for an exchange , mine turned out to be scrap as too badly damaged to refurb.
