Default slow to rev at standstill????? idears?

my cosworth is very laggy low down the revs & seems to be ok once the turbo kicks in but its defo not rite.
even at standstill if revved it is non responsive & take a good few seconds to rev up/out
its still on .48 housing
bd10's
t34
greens

could it be anything to do with the tps??? or cam timing as is on verniers?

only fault i know with the car is the temp gauge is reading incorrect (hot) & am sure its the temp sender as with lazer temp gauge its only running at 75/80'c

home in next 7 days & want to sort it out so any idears would be great

cheers

Could be many things tbh, but a worn TPS can cause hesitation, there is a spot they are prone to wearing, and once they are past this spot all is well.

You could test the output.
