Handbrake problems
Hi chaps
A couple of years back I stripped my car to bare shell underneath to paint the floor and generally tidy it up
As always I go carried away and ended up renewing everything so it was all pristine getting it all powder coated etc
I fitted 2 new rear brake calipers and my handbrake has always been poor, now it don't work at all , the handbrake bites when you pull it up and it feels like its engaged but I am now old because I pulled the handbrake up to get the pads up to the disc before I bled the brakes that I have messed up the adjustment so I need to take them off and undo the helix thread inside behind the piston?
As I have never stripped one down before does anyone know if this is what the problem is and how do you do it
A help appreciated thanks
