Default Fitting 2wd exhaust manifold onto 4wd?

I have a sierra cosworth 4x4 that has been converted to 2wd.
It still has the 4wd exhaust manifold fitted so i plan to fit a 2wd item.

Is this a simple swap over??
What else is needed???
I know turbo may need to be spun

As it has a large t38 turbo fitted so will run big boost/power.
4x4 manifold only good for 380ish bhp?
So looking to swap for more power

if u do a search on here all u see if bad things about 4x4 manifolds being restrictive to big bhp
more torque
less power

I was thinking of doing the same, am I being misled? I`m running the following spec:
SIERRA COSWORTH 200 block with ported and polished KarlNorris head. Wiseco pocketed race pistons and rings. BD16 inlet cam and BD14exhaust cam. Double valve springs. 6 Long Stud block conversion. Internallygated GT3076r. 4x4 exhaust manifold. Stainless steel turbo down pipe. 2wdmodified inlet manifold matched to head. Siemens 83lbs injectors. 7.9:1 C/R. Currently only running 1.3 Bar as on first 1000 miles since rebuild.
