An interesting question, but in all honesty I don't know, and noone else does.
There's also no way of ever telling properly so I don't concern myself with it tbh. If you want a Ford forum internet made up number i'll say 53, it sounds good, and noone can substantiate it or discredit it.

p.s that makes 2 so far....

Whole lot were made. I think it's one of the most common colour on LHD 4x4's.

All colours are rare when we are where we live.
Then we go to a show and see loads lol.
Just think the cars themselves are getting rarer these days, but are still great fun to enjoy
