Not knowing the UK system at all, is there anyway to find out which dealer your car was originally sold thru?

Have you not got any info in any of your service books if you haven't got service books pm or put your reg on here and i'll see what dealer your car would have likely came from

As for DMB stuff it's by far the best available, just received more stuff this morning off Dave and again very pleased

Number plates are spot on. Packaging really good as well not like some number plate companies. All they need is a copy of your V5 to email across.

Unfortunately I have virtually no early history on the car. It was apparently sold new to a guy in Japan where it spent the first 23 years of it's life, so it may have never have been registered in the UK. I have a couple of things from the Japanese owner but that's it.

The only thing I imagine would be of any use in trying to track any history would be the VIN, but I'm not sure what sort of searches can be done that far back over there?
