The ongoing list Jim, tonight's Job is taking the morette twin lights out and putting back to standard, got the back section to fit to grill as someone has previously taken mesh and ford badge out, I've got goodridge hoses to do, new rear disc guards, and a few other bits that came with car, my new wheels are away for powdercoating but not sure will need to try them on with tyres against my current ones to see which I prefer!

i had heard that carrick were really poor quality now and one of the guys i know who does bodywork etc uses this place and always seems a good finish. Saying that i'm having them powdered then painted diamond white so they match the car!
Glenn, yeah mulla is a really sound guy, told the truth about the car and never tried to hide anything. Not that there was anything to hide but you know what i mean.
Think he might regret selling it when the summer comes in
Anyway got headlights done and grill centre after a bit of fabrcation to move radiator back so that 500 cooler could use the intended bolt holes on the chassis and make enough space for the standard lights, obviously the Morette's are thinner so wasnt an issue before

Jim, was buying the alloy side skirt clips from motorsport developments, standard headlights, decals for the refurbished wheels, group a wheel nuts, standard grill and a few other wee bits and bobs.
The car doesnt really need anything major, just really trying to get the car the way i want it before the better weather comes round.

I'm happy with it at the moment jim, it was stage 3'd towards end of last year by Will Pedley, saying that i would like to sort out a breather system etc, maybe a cam and eventually bigger turbo. No solid plans but will see if anything comes up then i might be tempted.
