if you use etch primer you can use any paint on top believe it or not!

I used hafords V.H.T paint over etch primer, very good so far not a single flake has come off yet, make sure you prep the block properly and you will be good

Done mine in Carplan Black engine enamel.....looks nice, just make sure it's squeaky clean beforehand

Dont make the mistake of painting it black daz as it makes it very hard to see any oil leaks or anything else that shouldnt be running down the block
