get a little hand held sand plaster (ebay) blast any serface rust then any bare metal you want a coat of etch primer, then primer and finish with your white paint. if you want a quick job then a quick wire brush down and plaster everywhere in wax oil mix it with engine oil and it will stay wet, will pertect it alot beter than paint and it gos in all the hard to get to places.

por 15 is for bare metal as said in other thread ,so thats bare metal it coat every were with it either with a spray gun or a brush ,let it dry use a good stone chip not shuntz or waxoil ,then paint what ever colour you want on top ,job done should last the car out ,also buy or make a spit its far easier

I'd strip the hole underside if it was mine to bare
Metal as you never know what's under the old sealer
Por 15 the hole underside, then that bullet stuff
If its a stone chip 😄
