Found another interesting old test last night on a road-going Turbo Technics Sapphire that Mark Lovell was involved with developing. Seemed to suggest it had a compression strut/separate ARB front end ( as on the Minker? ) to try and give improved handling/turn-in. I'll post it up later if anyone's interested?

Why is stroking so rare when it comes to YB engines? Offcourse the engine needs to be taken out and cranks aren't cheap but 0.4 litres is big addition to tiny 2-litre engine.

Its not rare but on the standard YB Block 2150 is near max to work efficiently that 2.4 simply didnt work very well thats why you dont see it now.
