Default polyflex rear beam bush fitting

Hi guys iv had my rear beam and arms powdercoated and now putting everything back togeather. Iv fitted new polyflex bushs in the beam and offered up the beam with the new bushs to refit it all and the long bolts that go through the bush are not long enough. The bushs are in the beam correct but both the bolt that came out off each side seem about an inch too short. Am i doing something wrong can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks
