cvh gearbox same as 1.8td??
Anybody know if the type 9 box on a cvh will fit on a 1.8td? my cvh is knackered and im considering sticking a diesel in it. I know it will bolt up but is there any difference in input shaft length?

Type 9 box i would assume would fit as stud pattern is the same Im sure. Just need to make sure starter is on the correct side. Maybe buy a whole car for scrap then you have all the bits you need
