Recaro seats swop

Are the recaros in a Sapp 4x4 interchangeable from side to side if you unbolt them from the runners?

They certainly are mate.
Only difference is the adjusters will be on the wrong side.
Otherwise no problems

Have you investigated the possibility of taking out the shaft that the seat uses to recline and inserting it from the other side to make the recline control on the correct side as the seat seems to be very universal and ampidextrous (if that is how you spell it)
