Calling all taxi owners advice needed
Rit I'm in a dilema re my interior.
My car is a 88 sapphire, it has grey carpet, grey dash but came with leather seats and door cards. They're mint too.
My dilemma is, do I leave it as is for now one day hoping to find a good enough cloth, or do I put a black dash in (carper too if I could find one??
I really don't know what to do
Cheers. Jim.

Tricky that I must say. I actually really like the cloth, so would be tempted to hold out for one I think!

You know it makes sense to stick around for cloth! If anyone can find a decent set. It'll be you. It makes sense to have cloth in a 2wd saph!
I hope you do find a set, so i can have your minty leather set

If I hadn't had leather in mine I'd have liked the late spec rainbow cloth .

Rs classics maybe worth contacting.Broken up loads recently, one being my old black one
That had leather from new, black plastics, dash, carpet etc.It was an early dash with no holes.Car was 89 and I dont remember the carpet having any holes in it either.

The black dash and leather interior feels more Executive but you cant beat the cloth for comfort imo. Mint cloth 2wd would be my thoughts i have leather in mine and thought about swapping but the black dash seems so correct.Tough one.

How about a late spec cloth from a 2wd with darker bolsters leather door cards and black dash? That's what mine came with.

Jim bob, quite simple really, whatever the car came with, is what you should have in it, easier to sell on with right interior, looks a genuine car, and it will always piss you off knowing you have the wrong trim lol
