Default Rear disc conversion

I've got a 1.8 sapphire with drums on the rear, I've recently been offered a rear cross member complete with diff, drive shafts and new discs pads and calipers. Is it worth changing it all over and what else will I need? Brake cables ect?

You would need a e/brake cable to suit the rear calipers, boy otherwise pretty straight fit, would it be worth it ?, only you can answer that, do you have any problems with the drums in the braking dept ?, you would ideally need also to change the pressure reduction valve fitted in the rear brake line for one from a disc rear brake sierra as well.
