2wd complete head standard unskimmed whats it worth? and block
I have a 2wd complete yb head thats not been skimmed from what i can tell, with cams ect. What are they worth unskimmed? what should they measure as standard?
Also have a 205 block complete on standard bore with a standard unground crank ect, has sump on too. Was thinking about £600 for the complete block?

all that is worth wrapping up and keeping for a few years
unground cranks are rocking horse shit
the block be it 205 should be worth very good 205 block money
head if un/skimmed same as the above 2
so i would hang on to it all if you dont need the money

Its been stood for a few years, tried measuring it today and it was around 139.16. But my measuring gear isnt the best, doesnt look like its been skimmed.
Going to do a for sale thread now for the head after £450ono for it, but open to sensible offers

has the crank been inspected? i.e. has it been polished ready for a rebuild or are you just going by the bearings that came out of it?
looking for a decent crank that's all.

Just had a look at one of the bearing tonight, its been stood for 4years that i know of. It looked in good nik, its still in the block at the moment. Everything on the engine is standard the only thing that was done to the car it was in was a 270bhp chip. The owner was an old bloke.
pics in for sale thread bud

rough prices, to be honest 205 blocks never fecth good money as most people will rebuild into a 200 block
crank £400
block £100-£150
Head £450
brand new heads were 139.2mm from factory

Maybe but still more meat on it than most of them out there, and still give you the option of being able to do it again.
