cosworth smoking, help please

Default cosworth smoking, help please

as above. my t3 smokes a we bit from cold, this aint the problem.
my problem is, from time 2 time the car plooms a gray/white smoke out the exsorst pipe when in staitionary position. can do this once or twice then just stops. the smoke smells of fule and posible water vapore. the car is not using water and the water temp neve gets hotter than 82* so dont think it is the gasket. replaced tps and phase sensors
any 1 got any advice fore me please

White smoke can be oil on the turbo side, so is it using any oil?

it has allways used oil lol so yes
thanks 4 that pall, as it poof a bit of blue first time u give it some

Blue smoke is an indication that it's getting into the combustion chamber(s) and getting burnt. A little oil use is perfectly normal, when new Ford stated that 1L to 600 miles as the usage, as your handbook will concur

either valve stem seals or piston rings, or even turbo !!!! either way gonna be a rebuild

Lucky I go working away 4 3 months and have got it penceled in for the engen 2 come out and have a freshen up. Only problem is I come back 2 weeks befor ford fair!! Big ask 2 get it ready in time.
