Default Camshaft Timing belt problem

Hello all,i have one problem with my engine and timing belt,so the timing belt take out a little from cam pulleys tooth about 2-3mm with resault the timing belt to touch the outside of tensioner,and the timing belt 'eat it' from the tensioner,i run complete billet pulleys and tensioner too,i had the same problem with the original parts,so what can i do for this problem does anyone had the same?

**i have fix the thread of Camshaft Belt Tensioner Stud with helicoil!!

The alignment of the belt comes from the tensioner and the crank pulley, so I would check that the other new pulleys you have are not on backwards, the cam pulleys for example will go on the wrong way around and cause this, so a simple fix.

Default OAP Pete....Question for Tabetha

Re -Cam belt tension , just had my 3Dr all set up etc , noticed the Cam belt tension does get slightly Tighter from Cold to Hot Engine, sure ive read re-this before, ive no problems, take it this OK. Pete.

i checked yeastarday that, and you have right Tabetha,the small crank pulley is a little out about 4-5mm from normal,maybe fault the screw or the small crank pulley with the big pulley,i will check it,thanks for reply
