oil leak 4x4

Default oil leak 4x4

my cossy drop oil into inlet manifold only between first and second cilynder and after that oil drop onto distributor cap. I cant understand from where enfine oil come from ? Its not looking like a problem cam cover gaskett ! Any suggestions ? Is it possible the oil come from cam seals an half moon seals and goin onto inlet manifold and after that onto distributor cap(on distributor is the biigest amount of oil but it start from top side on the inlet)There is oil also on fuel injector only at first cilynder

hate to be negative but join the club. these engines seem to leak oil from every available seal. seems once you fix one leak another starts. my advice would be change all gasges about that area because if it wasn't leaking already it soon would be. but yes those rediculas half moon cam seals are always a favourite

Mine sprung a leak on the tb side and made a mess of that complete area,oil under injectors,over dizzy cap etc..turned out to be the oil pressure switch.

no it is not oil pressure switch, i ve already check this

have a look at the oil cooler mate ive just replaced all the seals in that,you can get them fro woodford garage motorsport...had to clean all the engine first then run it to see where it was leaking form..worth a look but its a git to get to..

Mine too, pissed lots of oil all over the place, as roosie will tell you, tried giving me a bill for cleaning his work drive!!

..i was shocked at the amount of oil it was loosing,my drive was ruind too!

My oil switch was leaking at one point too. The oil was just dripping onto my drive. It was a constant drip though. At first i thought my sump gasket had gone.
