Does anybody have any idea how to take a front bumper off a saff I completely stumped thanks advance.

 

If its original there are some plastic locating clips in the front wheel arches which should come out then the bumper should just slide out.

 

it is bolted on under the front wings mate, it is easier if you take the wheel arch liners out first then you can see the bolts (one either side at the top 13mm hex)

spray plenty of wd40 around the back of the plastic mount and becareful when undoing them as they are very brittle and can brake easily. (not sure if the plastic mounts are still available from ford, i bought a pair a few years back and the were £50)

when the bolts are out it should just pull out of the front chassis legs

Tie a bit of rope around the bumper, face the car in front of a tree, then loop the rope around the tree, put car in reverse and hit the gas
