Default Are these sierra rear springs? (pics)

I found these out of a car i bought ages ago, the lad who i bought the car off also had a cossie and he left a few bits in it, lots of samco's and these, The top of the spring across is 5.5-6 inches and the length is just under 10, and theyre fcuking stiff!

cheers

Only one way to find out, depends what you want suspension wise, you can get them tested at places, but tbh they are such a doddle to fit might as well try them if you don't like what you've got.
Even though they feel stiff they could actually be more comfy if it stops the car wallowing etc for example.

to be honest mate id love it if it was really firm, so the back end didnt squat down and loose traction etc but i would hate it if they were standard height

You don't want the rear too firm, a certain amount of squat is needed, try replacing the shockingly bad std ford diff hanger bush first, you'll be amazed how much this helps.
