Ebay chips?
So I still can;t figure out why my car is stumbling at 1500 and 2500 RPM... I've fixed my damaged ECU with the proper components.. tested all the sensors I can and everything seems in check. the only other thing I can think of is the supposed stage 1 chip that is only giving me 7PSI of boost.. maybe its corrupt?
So that got me looking at chips on Ebay. I have found that a stage one seems to range from 14 - 45 pounds (I don;t know how to get the currency symbol...sorry). the cheaper of these chips is just a black chip with an add claiming it to be stage 1... the expensive ones are tuned by PTS... they have a nice little sticker and flashy add... so am I paying for a sticker and flashy add or is there really something to this? this car is bleeding my bank account dry very very fast and it still won;t work right!!

Do not buy any chip from Ebay, the only exception would be a reputable Ebay shop such as the likes of MSD I wouldn't even trust a reputable chip from a seller, as they may 'Think' they know the calibration if they have got it second hand or lying around for a while like the ones you mention.
The boost you have is around standard boost, stage 1 is around 15PSI.
Top guy above for giving you the chip though!

If you have the dough just do yourself a favour and go aftermarket ecu, that a local tuner/rolling road maps.
If you don want to buy a new chip I found GGR better than msd, more money but you know the saying, the msd chip is by no means a bad chip in fact a excellent chip I'd be happy with generally, just felt the GGR one drove better, not a lot in it by any means though.

as mentioned msd do a good price for L6 stg1 on ebay , not sure it,ll fix your problems tho, when you say 'stumbling' are you refering to a glitch/missfire or is it cutting out etc ? Have you had a fuel pressure check done? , is the fuel filter new ?
I had bad low rpm running it turned out to be crud in the pump

fuel pressure is set to 3 bar and stays pretty solid. fuel filt is new and the engine is a fresh build.
its a stumble I guess... the engine will just up and quit right at 1500 and 3000. you dont; notice it under heavy throttle but if you try criuse at 300 rpm the car just starts bucking.. so I either have to speed or drive to slow... the 1500 miss makes starting off the line very hard. The car is also runing very rich, if I rev it theres a big black mark on the ground behind the exhuast. I have a vid I will try post.

k heres a vid of the stumble. I am holding the throttle right at the miss, under load this causes the car buck wildly till I get past that small point on the tach. you can also see how rich its running, the car is already warmed up in the vid the white fuel. Also the rattle is the trans, I know sounds like top end but my T5 is going to eat itself alive soon I'm pretty sure.

I would get your injectors cleaned ultrasonically first, I had a glitchy one that caused a hesitation on blipping throttle, never on pulling away as was richer, when cleaned the pattern from one injector was found to be more of a jet stream than a spray, I thought this might have been down to a stupidly heavy flywheel that ford used on the cos, I could have cured it by tweaking the fuel map on the laptop by richening up the mixture at idle but didn't as wasn't that bothered, and had ace emissions at idle 0.97% CO so no point spoiling it, was 137ppm so engine was well happy, so in short try getting the injectors cleaned.
