standard cams peak early fine enough for a t34 engine but with the added lag of the t38 you want to let it breath up the top

it will see more power in the upper revs mate

never used a ab07, it is basically a standard cam only slightly different iirc

id say use a 14

i think if you look up the duration and lift there isnt much over standard, but at 400 bhp then any greater than standard is going to give you a increase in power !

Hi .. when you look at the data sheets (looked at different places)... the siemens 3105 (55) seems to flow at bit more (550-587cc/min) than the Bosch403 (greys) .. (503-535cc/min) .. ??

Or do I misunderstand it all ?? (hope not as choose my 55's due to better spary pattern and flow compared to the 403's ??)

in a earlier post i did say dont hold me to them figures but im 90% sure a engine on our superflo dyno had 55lb injectors and it was around the 430-440bhp mark !

i will find out for sure

the 55lbers will give you more than a std grey and the spray pattern is much nicer..
Iv seen 2 engines do just over 450 hp on 55lbers..
