valve stem oil seals
how bad of a job are these to do. Got a feeling mine are starting to go. I've got access to a tool for the cvh but didn't know if this is of any use here

Cvh tool no use, the cossie ones are buried, can be done on car but not exactly easy.
Might pay to try some power steering conditioner first from wynns, this swells the seals slightly should/might make them slightly better, buy a bit of time ?

u can get a tool that lets u put workshop air line pressure into the cylinder via the spark plug hole to hold the valves in place then there is a valve spring compressure that bolts to the head to compress the springs to remove the colets so u dont have to take the head off much cheaper than replaceing your wrc headgasket if u have one!

Its not a cvh tool its a universal valve steam tool ive never seen another like it a guy i work with who also has a cosworth used it to do his at work one day its his old boss,s he runs an independant citreon/pug garage i dont think u will be able to use a cvh one!
