4x4 gerabox?????

Hi

Im looking for a gearbox for my 4x4 saph, would one from a sierra dohc 4x4 be the same as a cosworth? There is a guy selling one on e-bay & he's saying it is.

The internals are the same but the bell housing is not, the starter motor is opposite sides on the cossie and type 9 sierra 4x4 box

Thanks for that, i thought the same thing, but looking at the pic on e-bay it looks right, so must be a cosworth box it that case.

As far as I know the twin cam 4x4 only came with the MT75 ??

the gearboxes (4x4 twin cam is an mt75 box)are similer and will fit but you need a cossie clutch arm or worse case cut down a transit one which is longer..
