Default Cosworth stem oil seal

What are the best valve stem oil seals to get, rebuilt my engine 1500 miles ago,and the seals are p*****g oil past, the plenum was full of oil(well it wasn't full but had a lot of oil in it).It had new guides, and seals.the exhaust side was leaking to.Also ive been told can re use wrc steel head gasket and long studs,is this true.
thanks matt

Theres a guy on here who swears by Viton seals, claiming to be better than the standard Ford ones.

if there is oil in the plenum its difficult to see how stem seals would have caused this - may be due to split fuel pressure reg diaphram

fuel pressure regulator ??. I can see oil running down the stems, its easy in the exhaust port as it is wet around the guide. Its the only place where oil can get in the inlet port, apart from the turbo, and thats dry .

Are the valve guides ok? thats the only other thing I can think of... I sell the viton seals and never had any issues with them.

The make of my seals are "VICTOR REINZ",if that means anything to anyone. Can you get different height stem seals,or are they all the same.Between the top of the guide and the top of the seal there is approx a 5 mm gap.Just thinking that if the seal was to high, the thinner part of the top of the valve, would go past the seal, thus letting oil in,has anyone ever come across that
