Convert Sierra to 5 stud hubs??
Hi guys
Does anyone know if it is possible to make a 3dr Cosworth 5 stud instead of 4 stud.
Just an idea at the minute but would like to know if its possible and what parts would be required.
Have seen it on a Escort Cosworth but didn't look into that more as may be different parts due to 4wd
Thank you

Gav - not so easy to redrill 5 stud on 4 x 108 (unless you do 5 x 108 - welding the material makes them hard as glass). Either way you orientate it one stud id going to foul.
Granada hubs run and smaller front wheel bearing so you will have to run there upright (not too good for roll centre).
pm VIC off here as he has done this - he had some custom made

The rear hubs also have two big access holes drilled out of them for the hub carrier bolts, which also throw a spanner in the works for re drilling.
Best option is grannie hubs on the rear and sleeve the bearing carrier down on a set of 3dr fronts so that the granada hubs will fit.
I went another way and had new hub faces made, but thats not cost effective really, and those have now been sold.
