Default manifold vacum fittings..?

hello...
does anyone know where i can buy the screw in fittings on the side of the cosworth inlet manifold..? new plastic ones would be fine but if their are metal ones out their id give them a go....

pretty much any hydraulics place will do them mate, or even as a last resort deamon tweeks!!

Metal ones are by far better as they dont bend or get damaged as easily, ive acutually just fitted push fit vac hose on my regulator pipe, and gonna put one on the map sensor too at some point!!
