Hi m8s, does anybody know if different R port jet diameter sizes are available to buy? i need to increase my amal R port jet size to increase boost, tried removing it but got too high a peak. also i do not wish to drill the jet to increase diameter just in case I decide to revert back to standard boost.

It was a long time ago, but I used to get them out of cars at the scrapyard, saabs etc.

Again a while ago, used to make them out of the end off plasic number plate screws, try one in i think they are a good fit, cut it off and drill it.

well... you know what its like when you are hunting round the garge for somthing to do a job

what boost are you trying to achieve btw?

Increasing the boost is easy, but is your Eprom setup for that higher boost?
Otherwise you might hit the boost limit and experience lean running under high boost.

 

Yes Eprom set to peak 17psi hold 16psi
